Beach House (formerly known as Whimbrel) perfectly describes this split level house as it is perched just above Tatams beach in the pretty harbourside village of Portscatho. Decorated throughout with a cheerful maritime theme the house is ideally situated for family seaside holidays. The lounge, master bedroom and the sun terrace enjoy breathtaking views over the whole of Gerrans Bay: such a great spot to sit and relax inside or outside and watch the comings and goings in the harbour. You a short walk from the village shops, pub, restaurants & galleries and the NT coastal path is on your doorstep.

Just before entering the house, an outside bench seat is tucked to one side and is useful for sandy shoes , boards etc. The front door leads into the upper hall which accesses the bedrooms (carpeted throughout ) and bathrooms, with stairs leading down to the lower level. The décor throughout has a cheerful maritime theme. Bedroom 1 Kingsize room with wonderful views of the sea. Bathroom 1 off the hall, has WC, heated towel rail, Double ended Bath with shower over, and washbasin.
A passageway leads from the hall; off this are Bedrooms 2 & 3 , both with bunk beds (2' 6" X 5' 10" and recommended for children only). Bathroom 2 has a shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 4 at the end of the passageway has a double bed. Utility area with washing machine & tumble drier. Stairs lead down to the lower level. Spacious open plan Sitting room with the dining and kitchen areas to the rear, all with a practical timber floor. The lovely view is seen through the large picture windows and a glazed door. There are two large and comfortable sofas, coffee tables and TV / Wifi; with plenty of books, games and toys for rainy days. Telephone for incoming calls only. The dining area has an expanding glass topped dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen area with painted units has a dishwasher, electric 4 ring hob, double oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. To the rear of the main room glazed doors lead to a large Family room with a big sofa & TV. Off this is a shower room with shower, WC and basin. Terrace with table & chairs and spectacular seaviews. Heating electric heating throughout. Electricity included in the rent.Linen & towels are provided and the beds made up ready for your arrival. Parking for 2 cars. Pets There is a £25 charge per week for bringing a dog.
