Ideal for couples this detached, single storey converted barn is located at Treluggan a small country hamlet in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula. There are some lovely coastal walks close by which lead to Pendower or Porthcurnick Beach. The picturesque harbourside village of Portscatho with a good selection of shops is a short drive away.

The accommodation comprises a light and airy, deceptively spacious open plan Sitting/Dining/Kitchen room. The carpeted Sitting area has two, two seater leather sofas, two side tables , TV /DVD. The Dining area, with a pine table and chairs is located to one side of the sitting room , conveniently adjacent to the compact Kitchen which has a practical laminate floor. Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink with drainer and a full complement of utensils and china. A further window overlooks the terrace.The Shower room with access from both the bedroom and main room, has a washbasin, WC, electric towel rail and shower cubicle with a Mira electric shower. Bedroom Double bedded room with pine clad walls, bedside cabinets, wardrobe & chest of drawers. Two windows one overlooking the terrace. Heating & Electricity Heating is by means of electric wall heaters and electricity is included in the rent. Linen & towels are provided and the beds made up ready for your arrival. Garden A large terrace, with plenty of cheerful flowerpots, has a picnic table, four chairs and a barbeque. Parking is only a few metres away, and is off the road and only shared with the owners who live in the barn nearby. Pets There is a £25 charge per week for bringing a dog.
