This handsome whitewashed house has an enviable position in St Mawes close to Tavern beach, with far reaching sea views from many of the rooms and the spacious paved front terrace. Decorated throughout in light, bright colours, with an eclectic mix of modern and fine antique furniture, the house is right in the centre of the village, with its picturesque harbour and excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries just a short stroll away.

Entrance porch to Dining Room Spacious, with an Adam styled ornamental fireplace, comfortable dining table and chairs and wonderful sea views. Glazed doors lead into the Sitting Room, with a granite faced ornamental fireplace, and a pair of huge squashy pale aquamarine sofas looking out to sea. Fully carpeted, there are fitted cupboards and bookshelves. Colour TV/DVD and CD player. French doors lead out onto the front terrace. Kitchen Fitted pale oak effect kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Step to Shower-room with shower, WC and wash hand basin. Breakfast room with tiled floor and door to steep steps to rear terrace (please take care with toddlers and young children). Upstairs to Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 1 with stunning sea views, good range of fitted cupboards and double bed. Bedroom 2 with sea views and twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Parking You may park nearby to unload but then please use village car park.
