This large and spacious detached house, on the site of an ancient Culver house (Dovecot) is quietly situated on the edge of the pretty creek side hamlet of St. Just in Roseland. Recently tastefully renovated throughout, whilst retaining its traditional charm the property is split level with most of the rooms on the first floor. The large lawned area with mature trees and creek views lies to one side of the house and is separated from the road by a low bank and adjacent to the picturesque sub tropical grounds of the famous 13th century church. St.Just Creek and boatyard are a short stroll down the lane giving easy access to the stunning sailing waters of the Carrick Roads and the beautiful inlet of St.Just creek the perfect place to go prawning and shrimping or to hire a boat and explore. The nearby NT coastal path takes you on a lovely walk to St.Mawes passing small secluded beaches and enjoying stunning views of Falmouth harbour along the way. St.Mawes with a good selection of shops, restaurants, galleries and boat trips is also only a 5 minute drive away.

Open plan Kitchen/Dining room with original antique floorboards and an open fire in the dining area. Low level windows have glimpses of the creek and a large comfy window seat overlooks the garden and beyond to the wooded creek side and churchyard. The large wooden farmhouse table seats six and the fully fitted kitchen is light and spacious with an original beamed ceiling. Fittings include a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, Bosch oven and under counter fridge with ice compartment. Telephone for incoming and local outgoing calls. WiFi. From the kitchen, a door leads into the carpeted hall which has access to the front door and also to the bedrooms and sitting room. Bedroom 1, to the rear, with creek views, has a large traditional style double bed, bedside tables with lamps and chest of drawers. Ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and basin leads from the bedroom. Also off the hall is Bedroom 2, overlooking the front of the house, which has twin beds, bedside tables and lamps. From the hall, a further door leads into the main Sitting Room which has feature brick and timber walls, original beams and woodburning stove. Carpeted throughout and with a large attractive rug, there is a roomy 3 seater sofa, comfy arm chair and TV. Two rooms lead off the sitting room - The fully tiled Family Bathroom containing a bath with hand held shower fitting, WC and washbasin; and Bedroom 3 with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Glimpses of the creek are present from the sitting room and bedroom. French Doors from the sitting room give access onto a small sheltered patio, which also has creek views. Carpeted stairs from the entrance hall lead down to an Open hall with tiled floor and doors leading into the garage, downstairs sitting room, utility room and Bathroom. Utility Room with washing machine, tumble drier, Belfast sink and central heating boiler. The separate newly fitted Bathroom is fully lined with travertine tiles with a large free standing bath, WC, basin and roomy walk in shower. At the other end of the hall a door leads into the downstairs family Sitting/TV room which has a practical wooden floor, large L shaped sofa and flat screen TV. Selection of books, games & DVD's.
