"An Morvargh" (the Seahorse) is a contemporary three bedroom detached house, which has stunning views of Gerrans Bay and Nare Head. "An Morvargh" has three double bedrooms, easily accommodates six people and has been furnished to a very high standard throughout. Portscatho is a beautiful Cornish fishing village with a pub, art galleries, butcher, post office, village shop and restaurant. Portscatho beach is approximately 300 yards, and Porthcurnick beach is also within a short walk of the property. The next door property ("An Morah") is also available, so that larger groups (of up to 12 persons) can enjoy the space and facilities of two detached homes.
Entrance Hall leading to: lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room, WC and garage. The Lounge features two large leather sofas, wood burner, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod speaker/docking station, broadband access and telephone line for incoming and outgoing local calls. A door leads out onto a beautiful decking area, which runs the length of the house. The Kitchen/diner features hardwood units and work top, a dining table that will comfortably seat six and an electric cooker with ceramic hob and fridge/freezer. A Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and additional sink are situated in the utility room, with a tumble dryer in the garage. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 master bedroom with a super-king sized bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables and en-suite shower room with wc and hand basin. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both feature zip and link twin beds that can transform into super-king beds, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The stylish family bathroom includes a bath, an electric shower over the bath, wc and hand basin. Garden: The decking area has amazing views across Gerrans Bay and features a table and chairs that will comfortably seat six for al fresco dining. The enclosed garden area beyond the decking is set to lawn with contemporary planting. Linen and towels are provided and the beds are made up ready for your arrival. Heating Oil fired central heating and electricity are included in the rent. Parking: there is a garage for one small car and a parking space on the drive in front of the house. The garage could alternatively be used to store canoes, wet-suits, surfboards etc.Pets There is a £25 per week charge for bringing a dog.
