Kitchen Roomy fully fitted modern oak kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast table, 4 chairs and two seater pew. WiFi.French doors open onto a sunny sheltered courtyard. Separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. This room has an external door and is a good spot for coats and outdoor gear. Bedroom 1 A 5’ double bedded room with ensuite shower, WC and wash hand basin and a bay window with views back into the village and over the sea to Dodman point. Bedroom 2 bunk bedded room and built-in teenage cabin bed. Bedroom 3 Sunny twin bedded room overlooking the terraced garden. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin. Garden Pretty landscaped terraced garden on various levels with stunning sea views across to Porthcurnick Beach, Dodman Point and Nare Head. A great spot for barbecues. Garden furniture. Heating Night storage heaters supplemented by electric fires and an open fire in the living room. Linen is provided and the beds made up ready for your arrival. Please bring your own towels. Towels available for hire. Electricity included in the rent. Parking There is a designated parking space opposite the house for one car. There is a public car park a 5 minute walk away and limited parking in the village square.
