Trevow is idyllically situated facing southwards over fields towards the sea at Rosevine, only a 5 minutes walk from NT coastal path and the sandy beach at Porthcurnick. For such a lovely quiet hamlet you are spoilt for choice with 3 great places to eat out within walking distance including the renowned ‘Hidden Hut'. The house which has recently been refurbished to a high standard is a dormer bungalow comfortably sleeping 6 and is set back from the lane; off which is a private drive accessing the rear car parking area.

The front entrance is via a roomy conservatory , with seating on which to relax and take in the view. After entering the Sitting room, which has a large leather sofa , 3 armchairs, side tables, I-pod dock, widescreen TV and woodburner; one accesses the rear double Bedroom 1 . Carpeted throughout, this light and airy room faces over the rear garden and has a superking bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and bedside tables. Adjacent is the ensuite shower room with WC, washbasin, shower and heated towel rail. The dining area has a wooden table and chairs seating 6. Phone for incoming /local calls and Wifi . A handy serving hatch from the dining area accesses the kitchen which is fully fitted out with cream units incorporating, electric hob and double oven, dishwasher, microwave. The full size fridge/ freezer and washing machine/drier are located in the adjacent utility room from which is a door into the rear garden.Upstairs - Between the sitting and dining rooms, carpeted stairs lead up to two further bedrooms. The Master bedroom, at the front of the house, has a dormer window with fine views over the bay and has a king size double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Bedroom 3 also at the front with similar views has bunk beds and a chest of drawers. A step up leads to the landing with plenty of cupboards for storage and to the Bathroom which has bath, shower, WC and wash basin.Garden At the front and rear are pretty gardens with lawns and shrubs, both having gates and hedged boundaries. The front has lovely views over Gerrans Bay towards Nare Head and the rear garden, which catches the afternoon and evening sun has a sheltered arbour and garden table & chairs for alfresco dining.
