‘Lomond' is a newly built detached house quietly located away from the road in the village of Gerrans- only 10 minutes walk from the pretty seaside village of Portscatho and from the doorstep there is a lovely creekside walk around the Percuil estuary. The house is constructed with traditional stone and slate cladding and is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout.

Short flight of steps to front door. Slate floored hall with an adjacent cloakroom with a WC and washbasin. The spacious open plan Kitchen, dining and living room leads off the rear of the hall . There is a practical timber floor with attractive rugs and the whole area is light and airy with plenty of windows overlooking the lovely countryside beyond. The sitting area has a large leather sofa, leather armchair and a smaller two seater sofa. A coffee table, sideboard and corner cabinet with flat screen TV/ DVD, Wifi and feature fireplace are located here with the dining table seating six to the rear of the room. French windows give lots of light and lead out onto the terrace. The kitchen area, with a window looking out to the front; is fully fitted out with white cupboards and white Corian sink and a comprehensive range of appliances including electric hob, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Carpeted stairs lead to a landing off which is the front dual aspect Bedroom 1 - a twin bedded room with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Bathroom with bath with shower, WC and washbasin. To the rear of the house is Bedroom 2 with a double bed, bedside tables and a curtained wardrobe space. Fully opening picture windows give fabulous views of the unspoilt countryside beyond. Garden From the rear of the kitchen a door opens onto the secluded terrace which has table and chairs for al fresco dining. Steps lead down to a lower terrace which has further seating and lawn, all with lovely views. A path and steps lead around the side of the house to the front parking area. Linen & towels are provided and the beds made up ready for your arrival. Heating The whole house has thermostatically controlled underfloor heating. Electricity included in the rent.
