Traditionally designed and furnished, this modern cottage, is set close to Gerrans village green. The beach and harbour in the adjoining village of Portscatho are a few minutes away down the hill, where there is also a good selection of shops. Both the sitting room and the conservatory overlooking the rear walled garden have woodburner effect electric stoves so there is plenty of room to relax in comfort, whatever the season. The limed oak kitchen has a large utility room with a shower-room next door that can also be accessed via the garden and garage, ideal after expeditions to the beach.
